In compliance with Article 12 of the Autonomous Organization Ordinance of the Chiayi County Government, In Chaiyi County Transportation Bureau, one Director-general is installed, who reports to the county magistrate, takes charge of the Bureau affairs and supervises all associate staff.

In Chaiyi County Transportation Bureau, one Deputy Director-general is installed to assist with the bureau affairs.

In Chaiyi County Transportation Bureau, there are the Director-General Office, Deputy Director-General Office, Technical Specialist Office, and seven sections of Transportation Planning, Transportation Engineering, Transportation Management, Administration, Personnel, Accounting and Civil Service Ethics to take charge of transportation construction and management in the county.
