 In compliance with 2007 Administration Review of Chiayi County
Government、CCTB examines the construction need in Chiayi County
and identified the 2008 administration objective. The following is the points
and main administration goals:：
   
To construct Chiayi County 「Prince New Downtown」 as the regional transportation center among Yunlin County、 Chiayi City and County、and Tainan City and County.
To center at the high-speed road network (Tai Route No. 82) and construct a living community that only takes 30 minutes to reach all townships in Chiayi County and build a convenient and safe transportation network.
To consolidate improvement of roadway landscape and greenery and beautification in compliance with prioritized policies to develop tourism.
To complete county-wide broadband access infrastructure and minimize digital differences between urban and rural areas
Future goals of safety、 humanity、energy-saving、and e-network.
